About Trenchard Consulting
Trenchard Consulting was started in August 2020 by the CEO & Chief Consultant, Shanna Trenchard. While transitioning out of Corporate America, one meeting regarding HR for a friend’s business turned into multiple referrals for HR consulting with other companies. Today Trenchard Consulting has helped 40+ small to mid-size businesses build & execute their people strategies. As a full-service HR consulting and solutions company, we believe that every business should have access to quality HR support, and we are dedicated to making that a reality.

Let’s create a plan to elevate your business without scaring your team with overwhelming change. I find so much excitement in helping people fill a skill gap that may not be their forte. And I strive to be one of the people raising the level of another’s influential circle while simultaneously raising mine.
I started consulting because a business owner asked for help with his people strategy. I continue consulting because it fulfills me every single day. My team and I get the unique opportunity to learn about various businesses, challenge leaders to think differently about their people strategy, help companies build the best teams, influence the development of people-centric cultures, and meet amazing, talented individuals as we connect them with a career.

Marisol brings over 3 years of experience in supporting HR functions across various industries and has developed a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and streamlining HR processes. She plays a key role in supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new team members, coordinating employee programs, and ensuring day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.

Robbie brings over 40 years of management experience with 18 + years focused on almost every area of HR; Compensation; Benefits; HR Administration and HRIS; Bonus’ and incentives; and most recently Payroll and Timekeeping. Robbie has always focused on rewarding each employers team members with accurate pay and providing them with the benefits that make them feel appreciated.
